i am an assitant manager for hertz rent a car at the ottawa airport. I get kick ass cars for next to nothing to go on tour with and only work sunday to wednsday. perfect job for touring on thursday friday saturdays and i can change my schedule to fit my tour schedule

I went to the 2005 show with string cheese incident headlining. I believe their is camping but it's not associated with the festivel. Way cooler to get a hotel on the beach though. I think we are going again this year. It was such a great fest a few years agao. VIP is recommended. The year we went you get parking right next to the fest and you are not questioned. We drank canadian beer the entire fest. Brought them in our coolers and no one said a word to us. But cats who went regular entrance got shake down. Should be a great fest hopefully my crew get's it together and we head down again.. ciao Rob

i met the most awsome girl at my first wilco show in ottawa at the bluesfest. made out for half the show and drank my face off.. don't remember the show much but definatley wilco is my new favorit band hahah

me and slave to the groove and mattm has 5 of us in car. we are meeting up with 4 of our friends in two seprate cars and crusing down. we are leaving early though around 8 am cause we have a few with no tickets so they want to get their early and we have to make a pit stop at the best buy in watertown to buy some mini disks for taping purposes. but we will have a good crew joining us. their will be about 20 of us from ottawa camping together. we will be by the kybos again if we get a spot . should be wicked come check out my space and if you see me come say hi i will bring you to meet the crew and we already have a hook up for some kind at the down. which is kind cheers

after seeing the cheese about 10 times i must say they don't suck. Lyrically/vocals maybe not the strongest but I think they are all serious players especially kyle the keyboard player and come up with some great jams. I have nothing but good times at cheese shows. haha, my friend chris paul still actually uses analog tapes. He just bought a minidisck a few months ago but he still uses his analog from time to time. I find his analog tapes sound wicked too. he has some great tapes from ottawa. like his phish congress tapes tasty
