I had wanted to start this thread on the weekend, but figured I'd leave the honours to one of the involved parties.

Here's to the three of you, and the drunk uncle participating from the sidelines.

  3. As an alternative to getting a hotel room, I think Canton, NY is actually close enough to Ottawa (about an hour and a half drive, according to MapQuest) to make driving home afterwards workable.

And if it is at the Java Barn, it's a dry venue (at least, it was when Velvet and I and nero were there in November, 2003), so it's pretty easy for a driver to enjoy the show designatedly.

Is there any chance I can get in on the minivan, Rob? (I'm about 50/50 as to whether I'll be going.)

    Aloha,

    Brad

right now it's me chris, rosemary, sean, kyla and jay and maybe dave. but he said he could find another ride with our friend john before. so i will say the 7th spot is yours brother. fits 7 in our vans. you feel like being the dd haha. ya it is close to ottawa but it's also fun ragin after the show aswell at a hotel but really im impartial. if the majority wants to come home then that's what we will do but we have become friends with reid latley well chris has known him for a while since strangefolk days so their is a possiblity of chilling with them afterwards. peace

just checked with dave brad and he needs a ride with us.. but looks like you can get a ride back. peace

  4. too much. i was just talking to reid on saturday night at his burlington show' date=' i am guessing this happened the next night.. too much.. haha gentle monkey give them a chance. you will change your mind at the cantoon, ny show if you so choose to attend. [/quote']

I believe I've already signed the contract for this.. if you guys still got the ride- I think we'll be coming!

yup forsure dude. I will be renting a minivan from my company. nice and cheap. so close anyways. we will book a hotel for us too.. i will talk to sean more about it aswell. we will plan for the show sometime mid november.. peace
