I've been using MediaMonkey for a few years now and have no complaints. Keep all of my music in a couple of specific directories, point MediaMonkey to it and shazam ...
f iTunes
Thank you so much! I personally can't stand itunes (PC version, the mac version seems to run way better). It's too bloated and it's too slow for something that's simply playing music. The performance I get on my admittedly aging laptop is criminal, it's not rendering 3D models in autoCAD for christ's sake.
Do I want to update itunes? No, fuck off, I just updated last month and nothing improved. Also, Im pretty sure I already declined Safari, I prefer chrome's look, stop asking.
It was only thing that made me pause before swithcing back to an iPhone (you can't beat the drag and drop of android). Well that and widgets.
Thanks again Kev, I'll give MediaMonkey a look tonight.

It also worth noting the center screwed up about 4 out of 5 snaps right about then. Painful.
-
Is it the same knee he tore up in college?
Yep.
-
are you comparing yourself to an NFL quarterback?
I think what he's saying is you can walk around on a destroyed knee.
Anyway reports are proving Booche right, its looking like a partial ACL tear with a 9-12 month rehab but it's all inconclusive and they're getting a second opinion today. This is the age of HGH, look at Adrian Peterson, I'll remain hopefull.
And it really doesn't change the fact that he was obviously badly hurt (that bootleg they called was painful to watch), he was ineffective, they weren't going to win the SuperBowl anyway with him injured like that (I maintain my delusion that a healthy RG3 would have won the Super Bowl because that's how Skins fans roll) and they should have brought Captn Kirk in to try and get some field goals.
There's actually a huge stink starting up about the quality of the FedEx field, supposedly a ton of players have torn up their knee on it but who knows about that. Couldn't be any worse than Soldier Field (which is a travesty).
-
Hope he's okay. They should have pulled him after the last sack because he obviously couldn't move any more and was at serious risk. If he's fine no biggee, but if he tore something, that puts a taint on a great season.

Forewarned is forearmed my friend.
Seeing as the only reason I signed up for the steaming pile of crap that is twitter was so I could taunt you in real-time as the Packers dropped everything but their pants last playoffs, I look forward to the pre-game enthusiastic tweets followed by the eventual I can't believe this is happening tweets.
Great seats by the way, colour me jealous. Have fun and safe travels.

In 2001, while a member of the British Ice Hockey League's Sheffield Steelers, Vial incited a much publicized brawl against the Nottingham Panthers which resulted in the league handing out several suspensions totaling 28 games and fines worth £8,400 ($18,750).[3] Vial was suspended for six games and fined £750 ($1,675 Cdn) for numerous offences, including instigating the brawl[4][5] by cross-checking Nottingham's Greg Hadden, and squirting water at fans in the stands.
Britain's Press Association described the event, which escalated into a 36 man bench clearing brawl, as "one of the worst scenes of violence ever seen at a British ice hockey rink."
That's awesome.
Bronson'd.

The guy was a monster, his fights with Rob Ray were something else.
I just looked up the stats for the 93-94 season, a 19 year old Yashin putting up 79 points and a whopping -49 +/-, with a smooth skating 18 year old Daigle putting up 51 points and a -42.
Who can forget that old blue line classic Gord Dineen, no goals, a bunch of assists and a -52. Our beloved backup goalie Darren Madelay, who I have absolutely no recollection of, GAA 4.36 (better than Billington's 4.59) with a SV% of 0.868 (besting Billie's 0.859). Of course we threw Mark LaForest out there a few times as well, his numbers were worse.
What an era for the Sens.
-
Do you mean this Dennis Vial? The complete bad ass from the Sault, who I don't recall ever wearing a visor because he was there to bust skulls?
On a side note, the 93-94 Sens featuring Bill Huard, Dennis Vial, Darren Rumble and Troy Mallette, in hindsight, is an absolutely hilarious team. What a bunch of goons. (with Craig Billington between the pipes, yikes)

Had a great burger today at Mille et une frites on Eddy street in Hull. They are made fresh to order and lots of toppings are available. They also do good fries. Best burger I've had in Hull.I have to say that the burger I had today at Milles et Une Frites edges out Hintonburger for me. No knock on Hintonburger, just using it as a measuring stick. The meat for the all-beef burgers comes from a local farm. They are on Eddy Street in Hull.
Ironically, I didn't find their fries all that good.
Okay, a few of us hit this place for lunch today and I was kind of hoping it would just be average so I could crap on you but yeah, it's the best burger I have had in Hull. Definitely better than Pappy's or Yummy's burgers. They're not taking it to the next level or anything but it's good, it's cheap, the fries were good enough (a little over cooked at the bottom of the bag) and it's 3 minutes from the office. We'll definitely be going back.
(no actual picture of the burger, I was hungry)

That pretty much sums up how things went for Rivers.
-
Philip Rivers was doing his Jake Delhomme impersonation. What an implosion.
Peyton was super accurate last night, +80% I think. Like I was telling Punk this morning, if they start playing D like they did when Tebow was winning games, they're going to be dangerous come playoff time.

Teksavvy in our household. Cheap, tons of bandwidth, just get the 300gig package as they allow unlimited action at night so it's pretty hard to go over if you set a timer on your torrent client for gigantic downloads (I've yet to bother because we're never close to 300gigs).
Ottawa's cable lines are considered some of the most congested in the country so we went with DSL, yeah less speed for the same price but it's consistently fast in Orleans (the speed is always above what we're paying for). You'll get put on hold for customer service (you'll have to make a call to set up your modem depending on where you purchase it) but it wasn't bad. Friendly service.
I get my cell through work but Mel just switched over to Koodo and is very happy and it seems to be cheap (enough data, unlimited texts but the calling minutes are fairly limited so her cheap ass package may not be for you). I think Wind is considered cheap as well but I don't know anyone with their plan.
I think I can get you (no guarantees) a free office chair and desk and maybe even a nice table. Depending on my employer's mood it may be a few bucks.
There's this crappy band called Burnt Reynolds that occasionally plays in the Glebe. We'll have to check them out some time.
edit: I may even have a free Google Nexus S cell phone for you (it's a little wonky and needs the occasional battery pull) but it's a good, fast, modern phone (running cyanogenmod ICS) but that's only if my hardware upgrade applies to an iPhone5 and the business package we have at work.

Hilarious
Saw that last week and thought it was pretty funny.
I guess they're running with it.

The Texans didn't destroy the Jets nearly enough to bring on Tebow Time. Very disappointing.
That JJ Watt guy is amazing though. Mario Williams who?
-
(hope your comp is up and running)

Seriously, if he was playing my backyard for free I'd probably not even bother stepping outside.
If he was playing in your bathroom would you shit in the yard? I need to gauge how bad it was because I promised Dinghy I'd go.

If there's anyone who has changed their mind about Kingston there seems to be a release of tickets right now (Asparagus has been informed).

I really wanted to come on here and talk up the Bears defense today, but I think the Cowboys are the reason the Cowboys got decimated last night. 5 INTs? Jesus...
Still loved watching that...
Yeah but the Bear defenders still had to catch the ball and that's more than Dez Bryant could do.
Loved it.
Romo has to be one of the, if not the most, overrated QB's in the league.I used to defend Romo (and that's coming from a Washington fan) but never again.
-
I'd love to get a tvtorrents invite if anyone's got one. New Homeland and Dexter are out and the Pirate Bay is down.
-
Thankfully, the actual Bills showed up in the second half.
Sean, sorry for talking up the Bills at Folkfest, I had been drinking.
-
That's the entire origin of my deep hatred for the Jets. They always seem to show up on our local broadcast if they're remotely decent.
Back in the Mark Gastineau/Ken O'Brien/Al Toon era they were always fucking on (and that's when you didn't have a billion channels) and you were forced to watch them if you wanted to watch football. I hated it.
Patriots are shitting the bed in alarming fashion.

2012 NFL Season
in Rich Stadium

But yeah, he was going to have to adjust anyway if he was going to last more than 3 years. He reads defences great for a rookie and he's got a cannon for an arm. He needs to improve his touch on the long throws. Save that crazy mobility for avoiding sacks. Even with half a step he's still faster than most linebackers.
I'm off to the Redskins boards to see people go apeshit.
