I switched everything to Rogers as Primus couldn't even provide me telephone service to my house. Then it became a huge fight between Bell and Primus to decide who was to run or fix the line that ran the service from the pole to my house. After that was figured out, it took two failed missed appointments (that I wasn't even aware of) and Bell telling me it would be another 3 weeks before they'd come fix the line. I called Rogers, and I had service in two days. I shouldn't have been surprised, I too worked at Bell for multiple years, and as a client rep, could not believe the ropes I had to jump through for a customer. Then, a couple of weeks later, I had issues with my HD channels. Called Rogers, the guy was here the next day. Boosted the power and re-ran all the cable in my house! He couldn't beleive the mess it was. And I'm not talking about just running it along the baseboards, but running through the dropped cieling and hiding it the best he can. In other words I'm quite happy, and I spend about 160 a month for the super internet, telephone and HD cable. (not including the movie networks) Does that help?
