I have travelled to Jamaica 7 times in 5 years and everytime has been amamazing. I have made many close personal friwends and never experienced any trouble.
I also stayed away from Kingston. The rest of the country is perfectly fine it is just one area of Kingston.
Negril is a jewel. I am gonna see if prices come down due to all of this. Could be a travellers deal.
One love.

The Trey/Bieber thread made me think of this hillarious site.

Club 77, the old Texas Border!
I also saw a Little Feat show at Kingswood, but I think it might have been 1992; they were on a double-bill with George Thorogood & The Destroyers, who played second. I went because of Thorogood, but came out far more impressed with Little Feat, whom I had never heard before. I left with a Little Feat T-shirt, and I think I bought Waiting For Columbus the next day.
Those were the good old days, when a season's pass to Wonderland was only about $60 or so, and tickets to the shows at Kingswood only cost about $10; if you wanted to see at least two shows at Kingswood you just bought a season's pass, since it was about $30 to get in for the day anyway. I must have see 30 shows at Kingswood over about four years. That all ended when Molson Amphitheatre was built.
Ha! I was at that show too. I totally remebe all that. Kingswood now collects dust and is a ghosttown.

I was at the Blossom center to see the Further Festival in 1996.
Great spot with lots of trees and lots of nice parking/vending area.
There are a lot of state parks around but you are not aloud to camop overnight and you will be rousted by state troopers.
Looking forward to the show see you there.

Looking forward to it.

Looking forward to this one. Muggs is a killer producer and his solo work beyond cypruss hill is very trip-hop and darker in texture.
Here is a great video og Muggs making beats in his studio for Cypruss hill in the early 90's

I got my hotel in Kent through hotwire for around $59.00. 12min drive.
Hotwire is the key. Akron is close too.

Shut out of mail order again! this is the third time in a row!
I have never had so much bad luck. Even Grateful Dead mailorder was easier it seems.
Oh well back to ticketbastard.

This looks really cool!~ I saw Numark and CutChemist a few years back at the Kool Haus, when they were DJing for Jurassic 5, do a little set with toy turntables, drum machines and noisemakers and it was awesome. Very creative and funky in a fisher price on acid kinda way.
Dope.

Agreed the scene in the US is much more developped and stronger. The Canadian perspective is not representative.
I'm doin'my part.

Underetted player. Saw with hall & oates a couple times really classy player.
He will be missed.

ironically the movie of thier spectacular failure has lead to thier current success.
Great documentary and funny too.

“To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.â€
Abraham Lincoln
That's totally hillarious.

these people become jaded by dealing with some many people all the time they forget to act with humility.
I hear you Mr. Slippery. A little humility goes a long way to appeasing the paying customer' date=' righting the wrongs, and avoiding these kind of chatroom quarrels.

Awesome finally a chance to see this combo. The Highland bowl and the Art park shows are totally on my list of shows to see.
The recording I've heard from this band are really stellar. They seem to have hit on a winning chemistry.

Played witht hem at Camp Bisco 7 and was impressed.

Security even bugs you for burning outside near the venue. Not even on the Opera house Property.
Yeah this has alwasy pissed me off huge when I go the opera House as a paying customer. If you dont want me burning herb in the venuw I can respect that but if you force me into a little smoking pen and nab me for burning outside then we have a problem. What is so hard about letting people leave property to do thier business and coem back.
However is in charge of that policy need to give their head a shake.
Agreed. But the show will go on and be badass...promise. :relax:

fun stuff - great tones - snappy recorded?
We recorded it live off the floor in a downtown T.O. live room and then Sanppy did the mastering etc. at his studio.

We're alwyas tinkering with our sound a bit to stay excited about the music and grow creatively. We've also added a new drummer and sample guy so that changes things up.
keeps it fresh.
