arizona's one of the states in the list (AZ)
-
Just telling it now. I had to wait for alaska to be taken away to be sure (since AK was in the list, there's the chance that it was a typo since alaska wasn't on the map).
I told people I know and posted it once as the status of my facebook page.
I've taken apart the movie several times now and that array has not changed, still has AR as the only missing state. Actually Hawaii isn't in the list but not likely the destination.
Edit: Took the screenshots out because it's too much like cheating plus, like Phish probably spread the false rumors about cali, they may also have done this on purpose to throw off the techies.

If someone gave me a free mac there's a tiny chance I might use it but probably not
Bouche, the backup thing you're talking about works because it takes diff's of your files (doesn't store a backup of the whole file, just the differences since last modification which can be quickly applied). Look up diff and svn for examples of this type of thing. For binary files it only has to take a backup once and then from that point on will only take a backup if the file changes. It's a really neat idea and any software company that has multiple developers will use this kind of thing for content management (make a mistake? revert back to the previous revision and you're good to go
As to defragging, vista and up defrag every week but to be honest, with the speed of today's computers it's not that big of a deal.
I'm using Windows 7 right now and it's quite nice. It's basically vista but runs faster and has some easier to use features for those that want them. I turn indexing off, though (in reference to the spotlight thing). I already know where all my files are (1.25 TB worth), it's all good, no searching necessary.
The only benefit that I can personally see to having a MAC is that it's a unix box and therefore more secure than a windows machine but then if you just stay clear of the porn and don't open up email attachments, you're good to go on that front.

arkansas, I called it from day 1...
Edit: In case you're wondering, I took apart the flash movie and AR is the only state not in the destroy array. It was possible they had mixed it up with alaska (AK) but alaska's now gone so...
Could be wrong but I don't think so. wakarusa site?

Thank you sir, that will do nicely

Ahhh, the list just says "Warren Albany Vers" and they just happen to have played it in albany in 2002.
I'll see if I can find the dead version, hopefully it isn't part of another song like the mule version.

Anyone got a recording? according to Rob below this completely changed post, there's a sbd version around. That'd be sweet...
It's for a wedding CD
Thanks

Ok, give this link a try:
ftp://jambands%40mattmarion.com:dvdjams@ftp.mattmarion.com/
That should work in firefox and IE. If you have an ftp program then you might be better off just using that with:
ftp.mattmarion.com
user: jambands@mattmarion.com
pass: dvdjams

I love the Google ad at the bottom of this thread:Bologna: know before you go
For me the ad was for phish tickets actually
Edit To Add: The actual message which I somehow forgot to add:
So, does this mean that lobster at restaurants say here in Ottawa will be cheaper than it was before? Or do I have to go to lapointe (or whoever the fish monger is here) and get the lobster there to take advantage?
Actually, come to think of it, Steph's going out east to NB for next week anyway so I can get her to bring me back some lobster for dirt cheap.
-
Rob, I didn't know you were going to montreal this weekend, when are you getting there/leaving?
Steph and I will be there as of tomorrow night (for ben harper) until friday night and we'll probably do some walking/shopping so we'll let you know what we find...

Is the full size 267 MB?
That's what my download manager is suggesting.
hmmmm, odd.
Actully, I know what it is. My server must be running an old version of apache or whatever which doesn't allow files that big to be downloaded other than through ftp.
You'll have to wait a bit longer. I changed to new hosting and forgot about that so I'll have to create a new user for public downloads like this.
Stay tuned. New address as well as username/password to come.

Nero 2007 reunion, night 1:
-
Grabbing it off demonoid now, 1.5 hours left to go. If it's the same one as on TDD then I'll find it and seed on there since demonoid is going insane fast. Not sure why it didn't work (I have an account and my ratio is really good) but I'm sure I can find it. This looks pretty nice, looking forward to watching it.
Edit: Oh, also, I'm uploading the Nero reunion 2007 dvd's I made to my own ftp and will post the link once it's done if you want to download, might take a day or so though to upload the 2 dvd's

somewhere after 5 minutes he gets into the musical aspect of the little magic blocks.
-
trader's den link doesn't work for me, started the demonoid one though.

Umphrey's just did a 5 show stint and there's tonnes more good stuff on there. Widespread/ymsb new years show is another good pay show. There's a few good shows in the archives as well right now. Mule and others at mountain jam, some jam cruise 7 shows, etc.
bla, bla, bla, great site.
For a secret about the site, PM me

basher, I'm not, hehehehehehe (hence my having to put in the just kidding part as steph and I piggyback off another account, though we'll be getting our own come fall when the other one is over).
-
Or you could cough up the money to pay sirius since it's only what, $165/year or $15/month and they do provide a good service
Lol, the site is a good idea, though, I was just bugging ya there. I can see the use of it for a few other things too (sites that have to be signed up for and require activation but that you'll only ever use once or anything like that which could turn your actual email into a spam sponge).

hahahaha, the song's good and what a laugh too.

Yeah I don't think it is either, I just sent this to a biker friend of mine who says this video has gone viral all through the biking community and that its been around for longer than this past weekend.
According to the youtube page it was released on the 19th of April. Dude's real good, holy crap.

gov't mule isn't listed on the bluesfest page and isn't scheduled in.
They have open on their tour:
July 12, 13, 16, 18 so they could play any of those nights.
Bouche, where'd you get the list?
-
# Cake
Last time I saw them was at Molson Park in Barrie on a Canada day (2002 edgefest) and they opened up by insulting us and saying Canada sucks. They got pelted by bottles until they left the stage.
-
Free coffee won't get me in there, that's for sure. I think I've eaten at McD's maybe 3 times in the past 5 or more years (might even be closer to 10 years now but my memory doesn't go that far back all that clearly ).
Now if Bridgehead wants to offer me some free coffee for a week, we are good to go. Bring on the fair trade, no slaves goodness.

Dinghy, I believe Bouche has a copy of Getting Things Done for sale.
Now that was funny.
Hug your pet for Huxley. *A sad story*

So sad. We got our cat Wilson from the Humane Society and they said he was a stray, at least when they got him.
He meows a lot, probably left over from having been a stray and wanting attention or maybe it's just him but best cat in the world. All the kids in the neighborhood like him cause he lets them do all sorts of things and just sits there with a look that says "I know they're kids, they'll grow out of it".
Sucks to hear stories of animal cruelty but I'm glad that there's also stories like this. That dog got some love at the end and though the story is sad, that part is very nice.
So good job, you did the best you could.
