  2. Massey Hall was sick.. I was lucky enough to be front row the entire show and Les scared the hell out of me!

    I cant wait for June!!!

I must have saw you. I recall seeing Shitidiot getting the Les goggles. He was scared for Cully.

    Anyone recall Les saying...............

"Hey give it up for me!"

Weild The Spade. Oysterhead is back! YaFuckingwho?

  3. Hmmm... While the addition of Oysterhead doesn't make me want to go to Bonnaroo any more than before, I can only hope that it means that there will be a new album and, hopefully, tour. The Oysterhead show I caught in Toronto in 2001 was incredible. I've always said that Oysterhead was one of the best Phish side-projects that ever happened.

You're definetely the most biased music fan I know. And I'm proud to call you my friend for that exact reason. Let's do some Q+A shall we?

1st Question: Jason, do you think that, Superfly Productions, adding a super band the likes of Oysterhead this quickly after the announcement of

it's original lineup of Radiohead, Beck, Death Cab For Cutie, and Bonnie Raitt will infact draw more musically empathetic people towards the festival?

  4. I.M.O. There is a lot of electronic music out there that will stand the test of time. Someone mentioned Amon Tobin on another thread, prime example. Electronic music remained underground for years, and it thrived there. Now that it is much more mainstream it continues to thrive. I went to a few larger parties back in the mid to late 90's. Cyrous, Pleasure Force, Kit Kat, I had a great time at them all. And everywhere I looked when I wasn't dancing there were people of all walks of life kicking it up at every party. Even the smaller parties that I atteneded were quite heady, and there was a definite sense of music moving in a different direction.

I listen to quite an aray of music, it's difficult to keep up with everything, musically or not. This world is moving at an unprecedented pace and if there's anything that will stand the test of time it will be music in a whole.

    Stevie Wonder, Sir Duke

Music is a world within itself

With a language we all understand

    With an equal opportunity

For all to sing, dance and clap their hands

But just because a record has a groove

Don’t make it in the groove

But you can tell right away at letter a

When the people start to move

They can feel it all over

They can feel it all over people

They can feel it all over

They can feel it all over people

Music knows it is and always will

Be one of the things that life just won’t quit

But here are some of music’s pioneers

That time will not allow us to forget

    For there’s basie, miller, satchmo

And the king of all sir duke

And with a voice like ella’s ringing out

There’s no way the band can lose

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

You can feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

I can feel it all over-all over now people

Can’t you feel it all over

Come on let’s feel it all over people

You can feel it all over

    Everybody-all over people
