  1. does anyone have any specific travel tips or info to share on cuba? all inclusive, safe, all you can eat & drink, resort variety travel. haha. :)

Cuba is AWESOME. I've been 4 times now and will continue to return. It is VERY VERY VERY safe. Havana is absolutely glorious. Go before the Americans get back in there and ruin it.

  2. They'll sound a lot better with their own set up and after 2 weeks of rehearsal. Right?

    Ahhhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhaahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[color:purple]Oh yea; of course they will.

  3. On a totally unrelated note, I happened to stash my coat behind the small bar upstairs by the side pool table. Who did I wrong so badly that by the end of the night i came up to find my coat and gloves inside the sink, completely soaked through. Really fun walking home holding a soping wet coat and gloves (plus the coat froze by the time I got home - just to give you an idea). Greasy move!

That was me. Serves you right for not saying hello. ;-)

  4. It's weird posting this again, but here goes...

I think Todd was hoping/planning on having a super jam after their set as well.

Oh! And babysitter confirmed! Thank-you mister and missus gillies!!

Hopefully with more emphasis on the "planning" and less on the "hoping" because I'd frigging love to see this happen but if someone doesn't make sure all the ducks are in a row it'll crumble.

Hope to see you there Edger!

  5. Thnaks bradm. That's awesome advice. I've been doing it with Cubase and probably not the easiest way. It takes me way to long to do something so simple. Much thanks!

I'm listening to the Gillies/Filipowitsch show from Pepper Jack's in Hamilton on December 28th. Nice show.

  6. Hi! I'm looking for some advice as a taper. What's the easiest way for me to convert a stereo recording that only contains sound in one channel (as I get from most soundboard recordings) to having a copy of the same sound in the "blank" channel?
