oooh, i don't have an exact recipe for that salsa, just kinda threw it together, but i'll try to remember.

-tomatoes (deseeded)

-fresh jalopeno (deseeded)

-pablano pepper (deseeded)

- 1 small white onion, finely chopped

- lots o cilantro

-1 fresh squeezed lime

- dash of olive oil

-crushed red pepper flakes

- kosher salt

-little bit of garlic powder and onion powder

-dash of cayenne

-1/2 a cucumber, chopped fine

I think that was it. Just taste as you go to get the amounts right and make it a day ahead of time, it's better after it sits for a while.

my box was beat to shit, but it takes a licking and keeps on kicking

james and i took lots of pictures, but i got to wait for him to get home because i don't know how to upload them.

we don't have a lot of band pictures, though, mostly pictures of all the craziness and debauchery, including me and my box of shame

for sure, although i made a salad and homemade pico de gallo, and some jambalaya,so i hope that stuff doesn't count. they normally only ask me about that stuff on my way back to the US, too.

James and I will be there friday, too, though not till about 10 or so.

Will there be food sold at this festival? I hope so. I only have one cooler.

james and i are bringing two coolers, one for food and one for beer. there will definitely be extra room in the food cooler, so you can use ours if you'd like. We should be getting there about the same time too so i wouldn't worry about anything spoiling.

i think i have a tiwster board. I'll bring it if i can find it!
