  1. I think this may cause problems for the already troubled hospitality industry as they adjust, having worked in fine dining for awhile I know that wine service and the markup is one of the few things that makes the heartbreak of serving worthwhile. That said I think people will adapt and restaurants will find other distinctive competencies like roller said. They pretty much had to bring this in given that the other provinces had it although the restaurant lobbies are quite well off and would've likely lobbied against this for awhile.

  2. That is awful. My brother got to see him at Carnegie Hall with my moms before he died. I think a bio on him would be unbelievable, the public thought of him as a teddy bear but he was a thorny character 'You Don't Know Me' is a biting reminder of that and racial tensions in the US of A. The world has suffered a great loss.

  3. The American Recordings I-IV are must haves really, produced by Rick Rubin formerly of Def Jam and other metal projects recently Jay Z. Look for the cover of In My Life if you want to have a little weap.

  4. I'm not overly concerned I'm pretty damn sure that's what happened though. That one has sentimentality but is a bit flimsy and I've been wanting to get a full on tessen like iron and silk, if the gator actually took off with it (I seriously hope he didn't cause that will cause issues) I will have to address that.

Just so everyone knows I'm pretty damn certain that Instagator absconded (that means tiefed) with my fan after the nero afterparty- I might be wrong but he kept asking to see it all night and then he was gone and so was it.

  6. I thought you were tearing the cowtown boy a new one for no reason there.

So what is it we all KNOW:

    - String Cheese Incident are fucking pathetic and tremble at the altar that is Wilco

    - Seeing a full Wilco show is better than seeing a short festival set

    - That I'm a self-righteous, how did you put it so quaintly, piece of garbage

  7. You know I still think Trey is a dink. I mean the Canadian fan base has been as or much more loyal, in particular because of the challenges of touring, than the American and they make no effort to make one last trip up or have the simulcast air in a theatre here. What a dink.

  8. Do not encourage me to go down this road. There is NO comparison between SCI and Wilco- one will be forgotten by history or never recognized to begin with the other will be regarded as one of the most influential groups to come out of the nineties and one of the greatest rock groups ever.

  9. I seriously wish i could see all of these shows, i've been singing Jesus Etc. for the last 3 days. Would so love to see Tweedy and the boys for a full show of sunken treasure and not a little lolla mini set
