  1. To be honest MarcO, guy who calls myself his friend but really just likes to amuse himself at my expense, that took about 20 minutes to write.

Considering that I am literally trying to pull myself out of a self hate nosedive that an entire community has drummed into my head not to mention a lifetime of bullying (and yes I did turn into a bully myself) I think it was a worthwhile 20 minutes out of my day. I also slept for a while, drank a lot of water, exercised, got vegetables, prepared a meal- all those things were just as valuable to my day. Again though it's fascinating that we only have so much time on this planet and our life could be taken away at any moment and yet you all have so much time to troll the internet and read things I've written and comment on them.

It seems like an excellent use of your ephemeral time on the planet.

  2. That's funny Velvet because I have thought the exact same thing about your sad existence like a character in the Wasteland measuring his life out with cat food cans. It's amazing that you have so much time to read shit I've read and I've never even once bothered to read a thing you've written. You're music I presume is really derivative and I also suspect you are some form of compulsive masturbator/sex addict/creepy stalker type (that's more just the look though).

  3. If you are so well read, and such an amazing writer, your satire WOULD be understood.

I think there's something to be said about the fact that if I wanted my satire to be understood discursively, I do not, I would seek payment for it and clarify my audience. In this case I'm just taking some time out of a very busy day to share some ideas I believe in. I guess I made some personal attacks and people feel the need to defend and that's okay. Again I think there's countless threads available for people to spout off shit. Hell there's a whole one about my 'wedding' that has nothing to do with me, or love, or compassion, or community or anything really.

In any case satirists shouldn't have to interact with the objects of their satire nor is it expected the, often hypocritical, objects of their satire will take it to well (see Apuleius, Swift, Michael Moore, Trey Parker/Matt Stone...)

  4. I see this has devolved to psychiatric diagnosis- there's nothing I find more ignorant, abhorrent or insulting. By the way anyone who knows anything about Pyschiatry or Medicine knows that the DSM-IV is a highly controversial text and one that presumes that there is a pill for every form of conflict under the sun. See diagnosis like Oppositional something or other disorder, this means that teenagers argue with their parents - medicate the fuck out of those, uhm, adolescents learning to challenge authority rightfully.

I'm not going to apologize for shit because really no one's ever apologized for shit to me here. The thing is I have a daily moment by moment meditative practice that allows me to just abide in bad feelings I have about myself and negative feelings I internalize from others. I wonder if others here couldn't use such a question. Many of you type well before you've thought. Just pause for a second and think it through. Holding onto any emotion good or bad is a negative thing. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

You all seem to be making some gross assumptions about what 'Hip Hop' is. Well actually very few if any of you have bothered to even think of what hip hop is. That's because you waste your time on here all day like I did for years and you pour over post after post and your ego demands that you answer. This is the process of your ego enmeshing itself with others and the technology.

In any case what I am calling Hip Hop is really living life like a hustle- living life with hustle. I've got very little in the world I couldn't roll out on that morning like a pimp, dealer or whore. What do I need really in the world? I've got my world on my back. I can hustle and I can flow.

Also breakdancing which is likely the most difficult sport/martial art I've ever been involved in requires a really high level of physical fitness. So in addition to not wasting my time on here I walk about 10 kms. a day and I do from about 200-400 variable width push ups and a variety of other stretching and calisthenics - working with my own body weight. This is just a discipline I like to observe and it makes me respect the gift that my mind and my body truly is.

Hip Hop, and for instance Young Jeezy's hypnotizing creed 'Now I Command All You Niggas To Make Money', basically means DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. African American youth, all youth whether in ghettos or suburbs have so much working against them that they can't afford to get sucked into corporate hustles. Hip Hop is basically saying love yourself son. You can't win this game son. So make money and give yourself the love that no one else will. You can only give this to yourself. The money is simply the historical means by which a revolution might be instigated. The money is symbolic of opportunities that were not wasted. The money is the product of industry in a Christian Family who works for the lord and for one another.

  5. Okay clearly you really are all damaged and deranged. I really couldn't give a shit. I promised the wifey I'd stay away from here and should have done so. No one is even remotely interested in having a dialogue, this isn't an argument it's a conversation.

I am a far better dialectical debater than any single one of you. Frankly I was the best debater in Ontario when I was 17 and I have since went on to read all of the works of the Presocratic philosophers, all of Plato's dialogues, most of Aristotle's works and the Arabic Aristotelians like Averroes. All of the Greek Tragedians, all of the later commentators like Aristophenes whose work The Frogs is a seminal criticism of dialectics (Allison could do with reading even half of these books when she's NOT whacked on coke - I wasn't when I did).

I am most like Apuleius who wrote The Golden Ass. I am The Golden Ass.

I'm sorry folks I actually do believe that everyone has their own great gifts. Logic, rhetoric, dialogue and compassion don't happen to be up there around here. I didn't spend my teens in and out of bars playing with my dads bands like Deeps. I didn't tour the country like nero, Burt or JSB. I didn't plant a garden. I didn't throw a ball. I READ ALOT OF BOOKS. If you want me to apologize for spending about 6-10 hours of every day for the last 12 years of my life reading you're not going to get me to do that.

I actually don't think I'm superior I just come off that way partly or largely because of a satirical style, the internet as a medium and the particularly low capacity for this boards membership to detect satire.

I don't want to debate. I'm a Tibetan Debater. Stop.

As for my rank in the organization I am a lowly hopper in the ROC. I am like a very old private who never moved up the chain of command because of his tendency to speak his mind. Still when the shit starts to fly there's nobody you'd rather be around in a firefight.

That and you all know I can KILL every one of you suckers on a dancefloor and likely I could still kill you while dancing on my hands to give the thing a bit of an incentive for me viz a viz handicap.

A battle is a really good way to cross liquid swords, no one gets hurt, and the haters get liquidated and maybe they start to love themselves cause that's why haters hate in the first place.

Love on a Hater. That shit confuses the fuck out of them.

  6. The only way to impact change in the world today seems to me twofold. One address how you are yourself the source of all conflict in the world. Two make as much money as possible and invest that money in investments you understand the implications of or in a high quality of life for yourself or your family because no one else including our very socialist government is going to provide that for you. That's pretty much all I'm on about.

Forget about how foul and corrupt the world is because you don't even know the half of it. Focus on how in your interactions with others on a daily basis affect those around you. This may sound ironic from me but bear in mind I hold no malice against the skinheads that beat me, police who caged me, Ministers who failed me, bureaucrats who jeopardized my life- I just want to get out of the country and on with my life.

Living on the sea with the woman of my dreams: That's Hip Hop.

  7. Yeah you guys KILL at the weak burns. Fuck I'd love to see an 8 Mile throw down with Deeps, YATS, Popo, Allison and I - I wonder who the posse would vote for (and by posse I don't mean the self serving never say anything bad about any band even when they ask for it constantly -WTTS- or have NEVER gotten ANY attention oterwise - Chameleon Project). I can take the heat AND the kitchen. The one exception is when you fucking made mockery of me and my wife to be- I'm pretty sure even back in olden days that got you knocked the fuck out.

So for the POPO and otherwise brain challenged.

The Black Panther Party did not die it simply broke, or according to Noam Chomsky, was broken into two factions the Bloods and the Crips. Chomsky attests that the CIA took a series of cartoons out in rival neighborhood newspapers and fanned the flames of discord. Others actually from areas like Inglenook, whom I know, or from barrios in for instance Panama, Mexico City or flavas in Brazil - will tell you these were just healthy competitive factions that just popped up.

In any case Capos take care of their neighborhood (barrio) and all of the maliente's or malex. In African American culture these youth who may become soldiers or officers in a criminal enterprise are called typically 'hoppers' as they finish drug transactions and literally carry 'the weight' to the customer (as they are underage).

It is my suggestion that what you have with large and secretive multibillion dollar investors and mutual fund managers (such as Robert Merriweather who faired very well in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis of Feb. 28th largely due to his bullish investment in the yen on his clients behalf- the yen faired better than the American dollar because investors not countries determine the value of their currencies).

If you read, which clearly MANY of you do not, beyond the bullshit you have shoved down your throat you would also know that it is an established fact that the United States government maintains what is called a Global Ghost Prison System. Through various private charter companies - the names of whom are a matter of public record, as well as flight plans, manifests and stops in various European jurisdictions (European countries such as Italy aren't so keen on their countries being used as staging grounds for rendition) - suspected or vaguely suspected terrorists are whisked around the world and of course tortured and in fact assassinated for their suspected involvement in what is called 'terrorism'.

I would ask you to think for yourself what Terrorism really means. As well as who the True Enemy is. I am suggesting that the True Enemy is yourself and that hip hop amongst a variety of spiritual practices is one method of fighting this last and most important internal battle. It however takes a lot of work to fight this battle and sucking on the bong is not actually one of the first lines of defense.

Again this largely a matter of academic and civil record. Please limit your remarks to the topic at hand.

  8. You all seem to have let the fookin' drugs rot your brain. If anyone wants to comment on the theme of this thread go for it. If you want to spout off about some weak shit there's 8 million other threads just waiting for you.

deeps that was a weak rap at best - stick to country seriously

still waiting to hear who's really pulling the strings from Allison?

  9. The thing is Blacks are about to ignite an apocalyptic war in America. The CIA's constructed Crips vs. Bloods gang war only briefly in the timespan of American history derailed the Afrocentric political movement. Forget about Obama, hell forget about Osama. Show Hova.

They done fucked up when they killed Tookie.

One way that a tyrrany or a false democracy retains it's Imperium is in the power of its legal structure to execute citizens. Clearly however with renditions and the Global Ghost Prison System completely out in the light of day, although buried by channel after channel of manufactured consent, it is not just the court appointed that conduct assassinations any more. Also corporate assassination clearly exists.

This next battle is going to be the Battle Within. There aren't going to be any casualties and there aren't going to be any survivors. MK Ultra just went underground. Now we've got to overstand MK Ultra.

And now allison is going to tell us who is actually pulling the strings.

  10. And Allison I'm pretty sure it's bourgeouis NOT to point out how the Oligarchy, ie. your family, rules the country not the government. I thought taxation without representation went overboard with the tea in the Boston Harbour.

    Imperium as a personal characteristic

In ancient Rome imperium could be used as a term indicating a characteristic of people, the measure of formal power they had. This qualification could be used in a rather loose context (for example poets used it, not necessarily writing about state officials), but in the Roman society it was also a more formal concept of legal authority. A man with imperium had in principle absolute authority to apply the law within the scope of his magistracy or promagistracy (see below), but could be vetoed or overruled by a magistrate or promagistrate having imperium maius (a higher degree of imperium) or, as most republican magistratures were multiple (not quite collegial: each could act on his own), by the equal power of his colleague, e.g. the other Consul. Some modern scholars (e.g. A.H.M. Jones) have defined it as "the power vested by the state in a person to do what he considers to be in the best interests of the state."

Imperium can be distinguished from regnum, or royal power, which was inherited. Imperium was originally a military concept, the power of the imperator (general in the army) to command. The word derives from the Latin verb imperare, to command. The title imperator was applied to the emperor, who, like the president of the United States, was the commander of the armed forces. In fact, the Latin word imperator gives us the English word emperor.

Imperium was indicated in two prominent ways. A "curule" magistrate or promagistrate carried an ivory baton surmounted by an eagle as his personal symbol of office (cf. field marshal's baton). Any such magistrate was also escorted by lictors bearing the fasces (traditional symbols of imperium and authority); when outside the pomerium, axes were added to the fasces to indicate an "imperial" magistrate's power to enact capital punishment outside of Rome (the axes were removed within the pomerium). The number of lictors in attendance upon a magistrate was an overt indication of the degree of imperium. When in the field, a curule magistrate possessing an imperium greater or equal to praetorian imperium wore a sash ritually knotted on the front of his cuirass. Further any man executing imperium within his sphere of influence was entitled to the curule chair.

The Mace at the House of Commons and Queen's Park are two good examples of modern fasces. What sort of Mace does President Hova carry?

  11. Come come Allison. You're bright but you're not THAT bright.

Hip Hop is the new Imperium it is a new mode of Authority. It is a matter of how long an Empire can sustain itself and its Legions on ever diminishing stipends. This is how Empires are one and lost, whether or not the legionairres fight for honour or simply their stipend which will disappear. Soon your men will have to fight with their lives for only their honour. That nigga is unstoppable.

Even Machiavelli foretold the demise of the Managerial Revolution. Do not depend on an army of mercenaries because when their stipend runs out so does their loyalty.

We are also seeing a resurgence of ancient Taoist, Vedantic, Occult and Dark Learning practices all of which are present in Hip Hop's hustle and flow. Hip Hop is simply gongfu, disciplined skill, like rolling fine tea leaves.

  13. Look I don't want to sound any more conspiratorial than I already do but this is something I've been aware of for a while.

I am in the midst of devoting my new life to my life partner and to the nation of Hip Hop. I believe that Hip Hop is the New Rome and that if the nation of Hip Hop fails the entire civilized world will fail.

This is not some random conjecture. This comes from a detailed understanding of the history of Egypt, the Greek polis (city state), Plato's Republic and the greek Tragedians and social commentators, Roman civil life and developments throughout the Middle Ages, Renaissance (the resurgence of Neo-Platonism) and up into the modern age.

Rome collapsed after the assassination of Caesar. Rome needed a tyrant like Caesar to try to bring equanimity between the nobles and the people of Rome: the senate and the people. It is no surprise that our Canadian and American system both emulate the Roman Senate although the Congress is more significant. In the American Congress even John McCain will tell you Washington is run by Soft Money.

In Canada we are so incredibly corrupt, media conglomerates like BellGlobeMedia literally suppress information that does not suit their stockholders whims, that we have soft money flowing vigorously through our economy. Cocaine and Marijuana is the spine of our economy not the fat and it feeds into property, government kickbacks, police kickbacks, and all levels of the economy. The police catch %1-2 of the drugs and that is what organized crime tips them to.

There are far more powerful drug cartels with a much heavier presence than the representatives that for instance the Hell's Angels have at Queen's Park and Parliament though.

These drug dealers can poison and pollute our nations youth, create birth defects, cause suicides, corrupt food and distribution chains, pull as much fresh water out of the province as they can bottle and poison the existing water supply with chemical and agricultural runoffs. We can do nothing to stop these Drug Dealers and Corporate Polluter because our govenment is but a figurehead.

In any case the illicit drug economy is far more substantial than the agricultural, automotive or manufacturing bases. Which is to say nothing of how employees of all those economies, particularly Queen's Park and Bay Street, pay substantial parts of their own incomes into the Drug and Sex trade. I'm glad they do this because I know many resourceful exotic dancers and hustlers who own several condos as a result and put their young boys through Montessori schools. Don't feel bad for these women. A drug dealer can only turn so many custies on and custies can only earn so much, borrow so much, steal so much. A young hustler like a dancer can get a man to give her a car or a house. Now that's a hustle!

If you have a user that's been posting for many years, do they OWN the intellectual property of their posts? I'm not talking even about submissions as reviews, but just regular posts.

It seems ridiculous, but there is an unstable person on my forum that is claiming IP and wants me to delete everything he's ever posted...likely in protest after deleting previous harassing posts to other members.

I have no intention of deleting thousands of posts, but I wonder if there is any basis for that claim.
