During the first song (Sample) an insanely large, green, alien like cloud made it's way over the amphitheater forcing Phish to retreat backstage. It rained super heavy for 10 minutes flooding all the aisles turning them into raging rivers. Phish then came back out and raged:

Actually I doubt that..... Fender and Gibson don't even own the copyrights on their body styles so I doubt that Paul does.

Clearly they aren't enforcing their copyrights in regards to their body shape (given that Walmart stocks Strat ripoffs) although Headstocks are another matter entirely. Pretty sure Gibson just sued Paul Reed Smith and a slew of Korean manufacturers for copyright infringement on the Les Paul. It may be impossible to copyright a guitar body?? I don't know?

I've only seen them live once but they were killer. I have a deep respect for them as performers and songwriters. Everybody has a shotty performance from time to time (especially when it's been years since playing together last)

i truly cannot understand how people like the white stripes, they are really just a shitty version of The Black Keys. i've tried endlessly to watch jack's "impressive" guitar work on youtube and i really think that he and meg are just hacks.
