  1. I've read mine a couple times. Good book for sure, hope you get it back. I've never ever had any book I've lent out returned to me. General rule being that I know if I'm lending it out that I'm really just giving it away. It takes people so long to read a book sometimes that I just forget who has it and they seem to forget they borrowed it just as fast. It's sad.

  2. What's the deal with the darrien lake campground, anyone?

Ultra expensive and has to be booked for two nights. A couple years ago when we went to see Duo/Trey & Mike/Phil we returned right after the show and our air mattress pump was too loud for security and they told us it was lights out (11pm). After another few visits from them I spent the last 90 minutes of my night sitting in silence staring out of my tent flap at the stars while I tripped on the shrooms I ate 2 minutes before security arrived the first time. Although hitting up the Superman coaster the next morning almost made it worth it.

  3. Captain Power & The Soldiers from the Future looks like a really good show.

If I recall correctly there was a line of toys that interacted with the show during small segments that also reportedly gave people seizures. Good times!

Also, I love that Dr. Who theme. It's amazing how that song was created back then :

Must Stash Hat and I will also be playing an improv jam set for The Collingwood Music Showcase at Moguls in Collingwood this night at 8pm before the show at JD's. It's an annual charity event that runs all weekend and features 250 musicians. Moguls is one block east of JD's.

  5. Hmmm. I've heard of adding a vibrato onto a guitar, not sure if I've ever seen the opposite. I'd have to guesstimate that the work and process involved in doing that and maintaining the look and feel (and sound) would be more than it's worth. If you like the guitar the way it is I'd stick with it.

  6. I've never heard of these guys (other than BBT obviously) before today but I'm taking a leap and concluding that if he wasn't in the band they wouldn't have the connections to be opening for Willie and therefore wouldn't have been interviewed on CBC. Seems hypocritical to use his celebrity to further the bands career and then lash out at anyone that mentions anything about it.
