I thought the Tiger Woods thing squashed the H1N1 virus? My bad.

They played a couple of times in Collingwood awhile back. I hear them on CBC quite a bit. Good band.

Forgot about jamhub but honestly I could've used one of those years ago. I spent countless hours trying to manage 300 ft of headphone cords to pull that off and it never worked right. The real problem is that you need a $2000 electronic drum kit to really make it work.

So after the first in-store show (Maneli Jamal) went over so well I immediately got on booking the next couple. My store only fits about 30 people and all of the ticket sales go to pay for the artists and the event. The second instalment of the live in-store series at J.R. Guitars will feature Canadian Fingerstyle Champion and Candy Rat records recording artist Ewan Dobson on Friday March 5th. This guys videos have been blowing me away for the last month or so. He dresses insane and has seizure inducing backgrounds but the man can play!

Anyways, just thought I'd share here for anyone who may be interested!

I've got a Digitech JamMan for sale right now in the shop for $299. If you can't find an RC2 for less than the mid200 mark I highly recommend paying the extra $50. The JamMan is killer in comparison. Loopers are fun! Anyways, just a thought. Shoot me a pm if you'd like.

Also, if I accept this move I will be knocking the Late Night show, which I inherited from David Letterman and passed on to Jimmy Fallon, out of its long-held timeslot. That would hurt the other NBC franchise that I love, and it would be unfair to Jimmy.
