c-towns Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 I must say, I think I saw Canada's most up and coming jamband last night at the point on 17th here in Calgary. I know the guitar player Jer from college, he used to jam at the Winchester in Lindsay and I thought he was pretty good, but after last night, I was blown away by how much he has improved. Jer's brother on bass, wow, absolutly thunderous, and the kid is only 19. Uncle Reg on the other guitar, excellent grooves and a solid voice to accentuate. The drummer, well, he was all over the place in a great way. These guys are by far the freshest (is that a word) jamband I've seen or heard in a while, the jams are intense to say the least.
