skelter Posted August 12, 2004 Author Report Posted August 12, 2004 mexican cousin seems like a lame-ass set closer ... though i imagine they could rip it up if called for ...
Booche Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Cheers to DaveO! I cant wait to hear about his last shows by the Phish.....
Guest Low Roller Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Looks like a nice finish for Dave-O! Phish has been tearing it up this last tour with some pretty epic shows. Cheers to that bearded sonuvabitch. And Trey.
zero Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 That Tears of A Clown probably rocks. I can totally imagine Gordo laying it down and everybody getting it- wonder who the guest vocalist was or what the story is. Hold Yourself High I can't place for the moment is that the one with the lyrics 'head held high'. Fitting.
MarcO Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Story seems to be that Trey tried to sing it, couldn't, then each of the other guys got a go - nobody knew the words. Eventually, they pulled a girl out of the audience to sing the song. Also, the Fishman segment had Trey polling the band and audience as to whether a Fishman song can make or break or show. I like Phish. They are fun.
