Freeker Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 One of the best fests I've ever been too, the venue is amazing and the terrapin kids are the nicest people on Earth. It's a much more scaled back fest than it was a couple years ago, I'm just glad the ticket price has finally been scaled back ($95) I might just go with you Hux I've been meaning to get my ass back to the Vibes for awhile now...But August is a tight month to begin with. phunkyb Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 I did GOTV in 2001 and 2004. Huge mud rain fest at the location in 01.But 2004 was in Mariaville, NY and it was a great festival. Freeker Posted June 2, 2005 Report Share Posted June 2, 2005 Ken and the whole terrapin crew are great, really feel bad they've been losing money in the last few years, they're festivals are always the best, they still have that "family" vibe. 2002 when Phil played two nights will go down as one of my all time favorite experiences, did it solo and met a hundred new friends, unbelivable.
