I guess you could form it into small globules, or maybe strips or sheets? Deep fry, and add ketchup or maybe flavoured sauces (a la Belgian "frites")...mmmm....Aloha, Brad Bouche actually came up with the idea for a "batter store", waaay back when he ate loads of Taco Bell and other fast food delicacies (and smoked a pack of butts a day).
