MY COMPUER IS FAAACKED!!

I have no idea what going on, all the third party programs won't open, all the windows programs (my documents, my computer) when clicked bring up a window "Run as Other User" you many not have necessary permission...yadda yadda. then i have to switch it from Admin to my profile and then it opens. It's pissing me off.... I had a trojan which might have fucked with my permission settings, because the Admin setting is never used.

I've DL'ed Updated Anti-virus and Trojan software but since i can't open any third party software i can't extract anything.....

Help me.

if you're running XP, can you get to the Help section and run System Restore to a point before you started having problems?

If your on 2000 you may have the virus/worm that was messing computers up last week.

wintrim.au trojan

p2e.b trojan

which i could easily deal with but I can't use any of my programs

would an aborted Defrag (using Fix-it Util) cause my programs not to respond?
