yes that's right - i finally got a Bass Amp.

My new Bass Amp

i got the -110 combo with a 1x10" speaker and a tweeter.

it's awesome. the speaker is very heavy though so my combo is not light at all. i can still take the bead out of the speaker box with the removal of 4 little screws. a ten pound 500 watt head.

one strange thing i must say though...It came with shielding clamps for the speaker cables. This confuses me because it's to help protect against 'electromagnetic interference' which immediately makes me draw conspiracy theories into FCC regulations...'must accept any interference without emitting any'

Anyhow, the amp is cool and my paranoia is harmless. I think they discontinued the combo but if you're not adverse to digital gear then try to snap one up. They're generally very discounted. that's the only way I could afford a 500W bass amp. it was a third of list.

that being said, i got this amp a Couple of weeks ago and a Few weeks ago I had my bass and a bunch of CDs and a phat dry pipe stolen from my automobile.

I'm rather disappointed.

I got myself all ready. Pants around my ankles, filled a balloon with Jergen's and put on some Bette Midler just to open the thread and find out it had something to do with music.
