SmoothedShredder Posted July 8, 2006 Report Share Posted July 8, 2006 I'm bummed I missed the Boston Pops performance (is it going to come out as some official release at some point?)...Seeing them open for Pearl Jam twice was great... especially since the 2nd night they really brought their A-game, and propelled the Pearl Jam show into dizzying heights into an attempt of 'oneupmanship'...but, it's going to be tough to beat the 3 hour Bonnaroo performance with the light show, special guests, old material, covers, and just basically their full out assualt on a generally well buttered up crowd.Then there's the government show from last year... seeing them two previous Bonnaroo's, and catching half their set opening for Wilco in Montreal, and I just realized I've seen these guys 7 times already... holy maccaroni.
