Dr. J
Yeah this will be a good one! Once upon a time I can recall when the Shovels and the Spades did a double bill sounded like it should have been brought to you by Home Hardware or something hehehe. Great music tho. Opening tomorrow night will be Brock Zeman a fine young singer/songwriter from the Ottawa Valley. If you like the Steve Earl/Fred Eaglesmith brand of country story telling, you'll enjoy Brock. Worth catching. Good times!
Davey Boy 2.0
Home Hardware yes, Crappy Tire no!The Shovels are also playing in Kitchener at the Boathouse this Saturday.Looks like a pretty interesting venue
mark tonin
The Boathouse is a cool little venue ... it's in Victoria Park, which is an old park in Kitchener.Lucas Stagg hosts a "Stagg Ranch" at The Boathouse every month, which features different musicians. I think it's also Lucas' birthday tomorrow night, which could make it even more fun.I've got a pretty full weekend lined up already, or else I'd check it out for sure.Peace, Mark
