I currently use the rogers.com hosting service as part of my Rogers cable Modem account, but it sucks and has very little space to put up all the vids, music, pics, I want to. Make sure when you register your domain name that you have control over the admin portion and that the hosting company does not. It is a NIGHTMARE to get it back from them!
