Dr. J
This cool machine was built as a collaborative effort between the Robert M. Trammell Music Conservatory and the Sharon Wick School of Engineering at the University of Iowa. 97% of the machines components come from John Deere farm equipment parts. It took the team a combined 13,029 hours of set-up, alignment, calibration and tuning before filming the video. The machine is slated to be donated to the Smithsonian. Enjoy. bouche
Seriously? You guys thought that was real?hahahah. There's a whole load of videos of this SOFTWARE in action on YoutubeThe one I posted was a graphic demo for my ATI 9800 pro graphix card I had a few years ago. I think it's supposed to work in real time with sounds and notes mapped to the instruments, so in a sense it's a real software midi instrument.more on wikipedia
