AD
So this week I picked up some delicious mustard, checked out the jar and it’s from Merrickville of all places. I bought the Balsamic and Cracked Pepper mustard. A bit strange as it is almost black, but it is deeeeeeeeeeelicious on a sandwich. The producer is Mrs. McGarrigle's Fine Mustard... Fine Food! Website is here. They have 14 other mustards, lots of chutneys, preserves, lots of stuff. I'm looking forward to trying out more of their things.I picked up the mustard at Boushey's on Elgin at Waverley. (Excellent selection of mustards, marinades, sauces, etc...) Davey Boy 2.0
I love croquettes and am always on the lookout for the perfect mustard to offset the croquettey goodness.have been loving honey mustards for that reason, however it's tough to find just the right blend, and of course the pots of mustard hold about 50ml so you run out of it really quickly... AdamH
I love all mustards but especially brown mustards. Pommery mustard is good too but it gets a little boring after a while. The german deli near my work (Slater/Bank) has some really good hot german mustards for sale too.
