looking for a purely canadian small gift.. ideas?

i picked a leave off a maple tree waxed it put in a frame well you would think i gave my future son in law a million bucks, also i put in a toonie ,loonie 25 cents 10 ,and 5 and a penny and put it in a frame also well he really likes that also

a very nice gift if they r not too fussy as it lasts a life time

money in a frame is very nice

i have put 1 dollar and 2 or a 5 dollar bill in frames for special memorys\more of a keep sake

any whoo hope this helps you

anything with the canadian flag on it all framed is nice

Anne Murray CD's. The more we can actually get out of the country, the better off we'll be. Maybe a couple Rita McNeil CD's also.

Seriously though, who can argue with the gift of music?

Hey!!! Books aren't stupid. I might not work at the library or book store anymore but I'm still a total book geek. P.S. If working at the book store actually paid me enough money to not be in abject poverty I would still work there, I loved that job. It's weird though, I loved working at Cole's in Brantford but hated Chapters in Kitchener. Que sera.
