Posted May 16, 2008 Report Share Posted May 16, 2008 i saw them live at the mod club, and it was by far the worst show i've ever scene. totally dead, uninspired run throughs of songs. i liked the album Oracular Spectacular for a little while, and then it all got old.i'm filing these guys under seasonal trend. Sorry to hear that the live show was a disappointment, though. That can really sour things. (Destroyer was one of my favorite artists, until I saw him live, and now all those albums I loved are no good to me anymore)This album has legs. I look forward to hearing what they do next.
