phorbesie
i punched in the city to look at the hotels, and there is a 4 star one along with some 2 stars. when i go to name your own price, i only have the option for 1 or 2 stars. does that mean the 4 star is not available to bid on?thanks
Basher
Yes it does. To find out exactly what hotels are available in each area, go to http://www.betterbidding.com and go to the forum for that particular state/province.
bouche
I just posted a question on betterbidding yesterday. I wonder if anyone here has an answer.I need to get 3 rooms over 3 nights. Problem is, it starts on a thursday (aug 21) in quebec city with checkout on sunday. That means the thursday real rate is way below the weekend rate.Has anyone here ever managed to pull off one bid for 3 differently priced rooms? Or even pulled off 3 rooms at once over a few days.I'm wondering if I have to split up the bids and risk having to move around.
Basher
I would just consider what the "average price" is for the rooms for three nights. Bid based on that, or split your bids and risk moving around.
AD
if you book for one night can't you extend your stay for the same price? i think i remember seeing that option somewhere.
Basher
That option is sometimes presented, but not always.
