(AP) -- The Rothbury music festival is shaping up to be an annual event. The first one took place over four days early last July at the Double JJ Ranch and Resort in Rothbury. It attracted an estimated 40,000 people. Organizers say the "green"-themed festival will return to the financially troubled Oceana County resort a year later, on July 2-5. The Double JJ filed for Chapter 11 federal bankruptcy protection within two weeks of the end of last year's festival because of millions in debts unrelated to the event. Organizers didn't identify the artists that will be performing or release ticket information. The 2008 show had more than 70 acts, including John Mayer, the Dave Matthews Band and Snoop Dogg. The ground-breaking festival is confirmed July 2-5 with lineups and ticket onsale info coming soon.Yonder Mountain String Band, Widespread Panic, The Wailers, Keller Williams, John Mayer, Gov't Mule, Drive-By Truckers, Dave Matthews Band, "Rothbury", Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi".
