Coming Soon to Canadian West Coast - Huge Tankers

We've just got word that Chinese and Korean oil companies are on the verge of signing a deal with Enbridge that could make Exxon-Valdez sized oil tankers on BC's north coast a reality.

There is only one way to stop them. Illustrate for them the full force of our opposition and let them know that there is no way we'll allow our fragile coast to be the threatened by a catastrophic oil spill.

Write the Chinese Consulate and Korean National Oil Corporation and let them know that you are one of the many people willing to fight for our coast.

Be bold, be blunt, be forceful. It's time to let Asian oil giants know the true strength of the majority of British Columbians willing stand up to protect our coast.

The Chinese in particular have backed away from projects with significant public and/or First Nations opposition. Without support from Asian oil companies it's unlikely that Enbridge's $4 billion tanker and pipeline project will get built.

This could be one of the most important actions you take on this campaign.
