Booche
ESPN - In a surprise move, Brian Burke revealed in an interview with Scott Burnside from ESPN that he will be offering the maximun salary allowed under the current rules of the collective bargaining agreement for Anton Volchenkov. League sources have already indicated this is collusion and multiple general manager’s have filed complaints to the NHL's head office. When contacted, Bryan Murray offered "No comment but that blowhard never surprises me. Doesnt he already have enough defencemen?".

Kanada Kev
edit: I did text my girlfriend I just got fired and was coming home and she bought it completely. That's fucking awesome! It'll be worth sleeping on the couch for a few nights. Well done. Too bad you couldn't see the expression on her face when you delivered the 'news'
TheSloth
The best part was I completely intended on letting her off the hook immediately but I got wrapped up with something at work and missed three of her texts before April Foolings her. She's almost over it. Good times. Back to work.
