ollie
Is it possible that baptiste's record doesn't match the other criteria?i.e. Award Date <= 2007 AND End Date >= 2007??

ollie
Well that last query you posted LOOKS to me like it should work if all the other conditions are met. The only thing I can suggest is to go over the data with a keen eye and see if there's something "off".e.g. Does 'baptiste' have different capitalization in the database?Where are all the other nerds? If you're still stuck you could always e-mail me a copy of the database and I can take a look when I get home. PM me if that's an option.
