Re: Head contact.

I'm sort of on the fence about the "no minor penalty" part. I fully agree with the part about the head being targeted, purposely and/or blindsided.

But, I feel there should be room for discretionary calls. (eg: minor penalties). For example, if the puck carrier lowers his stance in hopes of avoiding a clean, shoulder-to-shoulder check and in turn the principal point of contact ends up being the head. This can easily occur when you have a shorter player being hit by a taller player, especially along the boards.

Other then that, I see nothing wrong with those rules.
