You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. I love coffee a lot but I don't need coffee i had three and they were good good good but that's enough because i don't want to be hyper like a monkey and fall out of a tree and then have to get surgery like that guy i knew back in highschool when i was young and had longer hair and stuff.
