paisley Posted November 21, 2003 Report Share Posted November 21, 2003 To celebrate 5 years of Diversity in Broadcasting C101.5 FM announces the release of the commemorative CD “Sounds of the Hammer” 12 tracks, 12 bands, all original and all local C101.5 FM is also presenting a live concert event to celebrate its 5th Anniversary. “Sounds of the Hammer: The Concert” Friday December 5, 2003 Pepper Jacks Cafe on King William in Downtown Hamilton. Featured performers from the CD compilation include the progressive rock ensemble “Kitchens and Bathrooms”, the socially conscious “Warsawpack”, the high energy sounds of "The Luxury Flats", Hamilton's most prolific punk band "The Vapids", and the melodies of "Chris Bell".
