Corbin
Hey guys,I’m hitting up the Quebec City Summer Festival for the first time this summer…Peter Gabriel and Sting on July 7. Not a fan of Sting or the Police but we love Peter Gabriel. I think it’s safe to assume this show will happen on the Plains of Abraham.Anyone ever been to a show at this venue? Any pro-tips? Capacity is 100,00 which seems insane. They sell beer? sound & sightlines? cool bars nearby? anything? Thanks in advance!
Velvet
One thing I know is having a ticket does not guarantee entry, and you can't buy a ticket for just one day, it's full passes (which are cheap) or nothing. I think this was only an issue at The Stones last year.
Freak By Night
One tip I can offer (based on comments from friends who went last year for The Stones) is to be in good shape. If you want a decent spot close to the main stage, you'll have to arrive early and you'll be on your feet all day. And of course they sell beer. It's Quebec!
