Esau
I was wondering if anyone knows how to convert D.A.T files into files that can be burned into VCD friendly files. I have Bob Dylan's unreleased movie "Renaldo & Clara" and would love to watch this 4 hour plus movie on my TV instead of on my computer since I am constantly downloading Dylan and it slows everything down when trying to do both. Also,I would just rather watch it on a TV,even though my computer screen is bigger than my TV screen. They are data files, not digital audio tapes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

dave-O
Hey Esau, I have done this before using Nero. Going through the Video CD option, you should be able to drag&drop the DAT file into the Video1 window. Nero should automatically dump that file into the MPEGAV folder (or you will need to move it there yourself). If the MPG encoding of the DAT file is compliant, you should be good to burn.
