And dont patronize me man. Thats the lowest form of debate. I can comprehend just about anything. I can grasp why atoms splitting results in massive energy release. I can understand why some people get off by shitting on each other. etc etc etc So its not much of an intellectual stretch for me to understand why you like those bands. But by trying to make it appear that I'm too stupid to understand your broken english, you digress from the real question here. The issue is not "Should people like only a certain genre of music?" The issue at hand is "Do mediocre pop bands bands with mediocre talent belong at bonnaroo?" and the answer is no. They do not. So yes. I'm going to keep going to bonnaroo until it turns into lollapalooza or warped tour, which seems to be what you want. But you know what? I doubt that will ever happen. If bonnaroo turns into a pop festival they'll lose a solid 90% of their fans. And with those fans goes the soul of the festival. No more grilled cheese tents, no more hemp, no more glass, no more wierd and amazing people. Sounds like a drag to me man. But hey, who cares. If they end up listening to shitheads like you I'll just go to Wakarusa instead. -joseph p.s. Honestly though, modest mouse? They were playing at the same time as The Word.
