I'm fine with binding arbitration. There was a good article in the paper how arbitration could be bad for the city. We'd get our raise and keep our schedule, but it would cost tax payers money. Hence why the city was hesitant to make us an essential service. A federal arbitrator already drew up a deal between the city and the union but the city turned it down. I just thought I'd share what drivers across the country make. and yes...It's Wilde's that has that sign up, saw a photo of it but can't find it now.
