Hey Moose:
I looked up your split-leaf philodendron and that plant is very very interesting. I was reading actually that the plant can bear edible fruits which are a cross between a pinapple and a bannana!!! That's pretty neat in my books for a house plant...

I don't think i'll be attending that festival but I would like to have the show when it come around. Anyone know where one would go about finding people that tape at Shoreline? Or is it restriced from tapers?

I have an assortment of succulents and cactus, an aloe plant, a small tree, a pot of young sunflowers, as well as a pot of bright orange and yellow flowers(i've forgot the name). They are all flourishing in my new apartment, although I overwater them. I'd like to start a small windowsill herb garden as well. Erich and I also have an aquarium with live pants. I really love plants, my beau and I just need to pay less attention to them.
So who all here has a nice little patch of earth they like to keep pretty? Or maybe some neat houseplants?

When I was just little my dad used to be into Tears For Fears. We listened to the album Songs From The Big Chair when I was 3. My dad's always been a big musical influence on me. He got me into Hendrix, Zepplin, Neil Young, Clapton, Beatles...etc etc etc.
Yeah for Dads..

Excited is an under statement. Fresh air, great people and wickid music! It's too far away...

I've never been to Hillside. Sounds groovy. I'd really love to see the Arcade Fire...

It sounds like a hip little show but three hours is a long hike for me. I'll be seeing harvard mouse at the CTMF I belive though.

I have red hair and have been called red many times. We could start a club.
Count me in
how many of us 'hot-head-carrot-tops' are there?

Thanks for the warm welcome folks.

For me it would be:
The Arcade Fire: Funeral
Wilco: YHF
The Slip: Angels Come On Time
Talking Heads: Stop Making Sense
Joni Mitchell: Blue
The Slips Sirius set seems to find it's way into the player quite often too.

"I'm looking forward to some of your opinions on some cats I dig, The Slip."
You will be given love for that alone.
How about that Surprise Me Mr Davis stuff? Nathan Moore rocks me fuggin world.
Thanks for the good vibes...
As for Surprise Me Mr. Davis that whole album is amazing. I love the whole concept of being snowed in with your buds, bored and creating music so utterly amazing. I have a soft spot for Back in fifteen minutes...
Man those boys are great...

I say a mutual understanding of when space is needed. Time together is great but everyone needs a break.

I think my favourite part of the bonus dvd is when Jeff is fooling around with his kids...it was really sweet.
I talked to my bf and the Montrel show may be an option.....

I don't think I was at that November show, but one back in mid-October perhaps? My memory's failing me at this point...but I'm sure I had a swell time.
Your very right you know. It was my mind that was slipping. I checked the poster I nabbed and they played October 15th in Hamilton..
If you trade shows at all I happen to have that one as well as the prior night in Toronto...Let me know

What I wouldn't give to see Wilco..*sigh* Have any of you other Wilco fans saw the I am trying to break your heart DVD?
