i think i know who i'd like as neighbours and who i wouldnt but ya gotta love the smoking debate. it has a way of making enemies out of friends. a few years ago, my director was escorted out of her office by university security because she brought her dog into work one day. it caused a building mailing list discussion of allergies, etc. i said i'd rather have someone bring in their dog than have to walk thru the phalanx of smokers huddled outside the front door every morning. man, you'd think i'd assassinated mother theresa or something judging by the nasty responses i got. dont mess with smokers, i tell ya!

there's an article in the globe today about a woman who was kicked off a bus in calgary for having on waaaaaay too much perfume. she'd been warned several times and had been kicked off before. the funny thing is that she compared herself to rosa parks. private odours that become public are difficult issues to deal with, but really, whats the difference between smoke/perfume and noise? people generally accept social limits to noise.

this game is fun, challenging, informative, argumentative and gross - all at the same time. just in case we have said we love you for creating this addictive, glorious, entertaining and stupendous game lately, MarcO, we do. we really do. in a non-gay kinda way ... unless of course, we've had a couple of beers and are alone, off camping, or fishing or golfing or whatever. oh great, now its on my forehead too.
