Interesting.. I wonder if they have some kind of script in place so you can't do direct linking like that
Yeah, must be somthing like that, even in the preview it showed the band photos.
-
Oh man, well, word of warning then, [color:red]DO NOT link directly to that site. Strange though, only pictures that showed up on my end were the ones above....sorry folks.
Having had their asses stomped and equipment stolen, Chelsea Moon had to walk back to their dorm empty-handed. -
WOWZA
i feel very sick now
thanks greg
Hmm, I get the feeling that I my linking to a picture actually showed somthing else...anyway, if it did, my apologys. I fixed it.

The only things missing on "Phishy" are the wiggly stink lines.
[color:red][edit to add]
One of my favourites:
Amidst the unlistenable din, Jeremy reconsidered his "This-Will-Get-Me-Laid-For-Sure" plan. -
I'm certianly not going to get into much discussion on this topic here, but theres no way I will cross a picket line of any union for any reason. (personal decision)
My union hasn't striked since '90, but thats when we decided on having an arbitrator instead, we respect other unions, we've have also gone out and shown support by picketing with striking unions.

I'll go with these myself:
1973-11-18
1978-02-15
1980-12-11
1988-05-17
-
yeah....i'm not sure what the limit is, but you can create a topic with a title that allows for a longer string than when someone replies to it.
i think there's a fix for that soon.
I've made the title shorter. reply away.
Thanks Mike, I wasn't sure if it was me or not.

Ok, working now.
Count me in, I'll also have your discs Josh, and hopefully a disc or two from that list I showed ya.
See you there

I've tried replying to Drawbar's St.Fatties thread and when I hit reply, I am told the "Subject is too long" and am brought back to edit my reply, so, I condensed it down to just "In!" and was also told the same thing.
Anyone else have this issue?

Now this is sad news.
Throwing on 'Talking Timbuktu' right now.

I am however a member of the Boilermakers Union local 128.
As a member of an trade union myself (IBEW) & in my opinion, my friend, your above comment answers your question.

My guess is that it's the track list on the back that has the typo, given that the front cover, spine, inner track list, and liner notes all use "is it morning?" while only the track list on the back has the "yet". (Is this a new high [low?] in nero geekery?)
If it comes down to it, we can just duel it out: Echoplexes at 10 paces. I claim PEIPunk as my second.
Aloha,
Brad
You want to duel on somthing we agree upon?
...hmm, thats a new take on things..
-
Thanks for the links.
Just finished enjoying his show from University of Waterloo, nice SBD, short show though.
-
Actually, I did read that (hence the mention of liner notes), but I took it as a simple typo. But thats just me, I do understand what your saying though.
-
Is Dave involved in that site? The reason I ask is that it looks like they got nero.'s debut album named wrong. Wasn't it called "Is it Morning" instead of "Is it Morning yet?" as noted on the site.
Album title: 'Is It Morning?'
Track one: 'Is It Morning Yet?' (CD back)
liner notes :
"Thank you for purchasing "Is It Morning?"....."
-
So I didn't speak with you on the stairs? Hmmm, I think I have my faces mixed up....

This may help.

Although they played in Toronto before, I'd love to see the Gourds make a return trip to Ontario.

I can't wait actually, last time I caught Johnny live I was in highschool. Long overdue for a second show I believe.
Cheers & nice job Marky.

Good times & music, both bands sounded great. Glad I made the journey, as was my buddy John who hadn't seen the Fat Cats since maybe the La Luna days.
Although, our combined road trip skills aren't what they used to be....we drove up & down King st looking for that club, when we stopped for directions, we ended up stopping right in front of the club...lol - I had no idea that east, west, north and south, was all on one single street...worst street ever! LOL
