  1. So are you looking for someone to take up just half the house? Or do you actually have 3 bedrooms to give up? Cause me and a few friends are currently looking for a house, planning on moving by Nov.1st. We're in the Ottawa, and as long as your cool with a few guitars, this may be an option. Hit me up with more info if possible. Ciao for now.

  2. Shitty news to hear.I guess that means you Toolshed boys will have to start thinking about fall or winter east coast tour...:P haha.

Either way, yes Evolve is going to kick major ass. Word from the promoters are saying there's extra amount of work going into it this year. I've got real good feelings of it being almost as good as E5. And with this lineup, can't really go wrong.

    Get ready to Evolve baby!

  3. I'm impressed with this years lineup. Can't go wrong with a weekend of impressive musicians like this. It'll be good too be exposed to new acts I have yet to hear, and I'm sure will be gems in the scene aswell. It's really great Moe is giving an opportunity for a lot of these up and comming bands to get their name out aswell.

  4. Very impressed with the show last night. Ultimate funkyness, got down pretty hard. The guys are a lot jammier than I expected, but definately no complaints with that.

And yeah Alex Grey was doing live painting at the Cheese and Ratdog show in NYC too last weekend, a few friends were there, said it was incredible. Then again how could it not be.

  5. Counting down the days, getting pretty damn excited. Was on the evolve website and saw Stephen Franke and Noises from the Toolshed are on the lineup. Rockin. Any of you cats on here planning on making it this year? 17 days... yeehaaaw!

  6. Definate huge Kudos to all of you who put so much hard work into making such a fantastic shin-dig. Everything did turn out so perfect and I'm so glad I was back here in Ottawa to make it out finally this year. So fun groovin with all of you, music blew my mind, and the weather was remarkable. HUGE thanks to Trevor who was running around most of the day doing such a fine job keeping everything running so smooth. And all the other kind volunteers who busted ass aswell. You guys deserve huge pats on the back! Can't say there would be a better way to bring in the summer. Cheers and much respect.

  8. 3 days of Moe. Umphrey's. UMelt wiggling in there. Beautiful scenic area. That's a recipe for a damn good weekend if you ask me. My 3 biggest bands of interest at this point. I couldn't really ask for more. Getting ancy...i'm in dire need of a dose of these boys...blood is getting low. Get ready for some soul driving orgasmic solo's.....*drool*

    See ya'll there

  9. I had the pleasure of experiencing one Canada Day here in 04'. Lots of hale and Nero, made for an eventful day. Not farmilar with too much of the lineup this year, but I sure know I'm digging Lure, and am excited to discover some new music while I'm there. Much thanks for putting this on guys. Can't wait to take part in the festivities. Hell yeaaaahhhhh.
