I'm 99.9% sure he was 2 fingers all the way, index and middle. Just like Vic.

The very VERY best bass players always seem to use 2 fingers and 4 strings, kinda neat.

I still believe that Jaco is the best bassist of all time... and yes, I have seen Vic live. It's the innovation that really mattered. Jaco broke down barriers and made people think about the bass for the first time in history.

And he had those crazy Jaco thumbs (which I also have - let me tell you - it really helps for bass playing!)

I finally got the chance to see the video. Oh..my..god... I couldn't help but to feel choked up. Roger was so real and so emotional and present, he was really feeling it! When he sang his first note in WYWH I nearly lost it. Sooo gorgeous. And Comfortably Numb, omg. They jammed it out hard at the end... Gilmour hasn't lost even a tiny bit.

*sigh*

I don't have High Hopes for a tour but it'd definitely be Money if it happens. I hope Roger and Dave Keep Talking.
