    more thoughts spilling out ...

    Becky and I are in ,heading in early as well to fortify a great location.Big Leg Emma are friends of Becky's we saw them last on New Years Eve ,they are fun,playing on Thursday then moving to The Blue Heron Fest with Donna the Buffalo(very family oriented).Line up looks great and if the weather is fine ,no better place to be.Great tree canopy almost everyone is under.

    Hope to be joining you at this year's Grateful Fest, as you raved about it last year! From all accounts, yours included, the venue is sweeettt!!!

    KKev, I've also heard great things about Great Blue Herron. Maybe another year for me ...

    I've got a pair of tickets that I bought a while ago, and I can't go. I've been unsuccessful in selling them, and I want to see them used rather than wasted, so the first person who wants them and can use them gets them.

    My only stipulations are:

    1. One of the tickets is used by the winner.

    2. You need to be able to pick them up from me, or live in KW so that I can drop them off to you.

    First person to post to this thread saying that they want the tickets gets them.

    Some day I will see this band ...

    CJ - I'm not heading to GOTV this year, and am thinking that I'll need a summer festival experience to replace it. This one looks really good, and I'd love to make it to this venue for a weekend, as I've heard great things about it. Plus it's closer than GOTV for me. If I go, it will just be me, as Liana will not be able to get the time off of work.

    edger - Maybe we can talk each other into going to this festival! ;):) Then we'll work on BAJ and CS!

    Babsy - Any chance that you and Mud can be talked into this one, even without Hookah?

    OK, now I've got to see if I can squeeze this in to the early-July calendar!

    I'm not yet sure if I can swing it, but wow, this lineup now has me very excited, especially Greyboy Allstars and Zero, and I've always wanted to check out this venue as I've heard nothing but rave reviews about it!

    I'm going to have to see if I can make this happen ...

    Anyone know how much this is?

    I paid $22 for each of my Sat. night tickets at the Centre in the Square box office. I think you get a discount if you buy a ticket for both nights.

    Unfortunately I am unable to attend this show now, so if anyone wants to buy my two Sat. night tickets from me for face value, that would be great. Send me a private message and we'll work it out. I can drop the tickets off if you live in KW, or we can meet somewhere.

    Hmmm...

    Thursday night eh? I'm itchin for some Burt. Thursday may be tough, but I'm going to see what I can do about making this happen.

    Who else is in?

    I'm in the same boat ... would love to go, but Thursday nights are tough for me given it's a school night. Having said that, I'll likely make it out to this, if even for just some of it, and if you're headin' this way all the more reason to make it happen. :)

    Hey, I did digitize that recording a while ago ... I'll have to get it up on the net at some point ... heck, maybe I'll even get around to doing some more recording at some point ... it's only been 11 years since the last one!
