I live across from the Bronson Center ... so that is what the big lineup was for.

Hey, I have a 5 CD set somewhere of Black Crowes live covers, there should be plenty to choose from.
-
which one would you be, RnB? Spite or Envy?
Actually, upon further reflexion and given the fact that Hux owns a sailboat, yuo'd have to be Spite
I was banking on me being Spite ... I am plenty Spiteful.
-
Spite and envy.
You and I need to form a duo, Hux, and call ourselves Spite And Envy.
Seriously, while I don't need to hear Mmm-bop again in my life, I have nothing against Hanson ... they are decent musicians and seem like pretty good folks.

It's not the source files ... if I stream something through Internet Explorer or run through media player it happens. How would I check if there are effects turned on for the sound card?

I've noticed that any time I play something on my computer (mp3, Mpeg, streaming, whatever) the sound is very echo-ey and boomy, like it is in a cave or something. I have no idea to fix this. I'm pretty sure it is not a problem with my speakers. Any suggestions? FWIW, my computer is running XP.

ralph is on drums, billy on bass
Billy Bass, that is the only way I remember it

The king of the the "Drunk On Cooking Sherry On The Air" capers had to be the Galloping Gourmet, Graham Kerr. Every show had at least one instance of this : "And then we add the wine ... I think this might be a bit much for this sauce :GLURK:" To borrow a bit from Q Magazine , "the Galloping bit might have been a bit much, but given the time he was doing this, anyone hosting a cooking show who wasn't wearing a ballgown was practically a Black Panther."
Anywho, being part-time Food TV addict, I loved the Urban Peasant and his relaxed oven-side manner. I will miss him.

The CD you are thinking of, Meggo, is Borrowed Tunes 2, a new compilation CD that is a sequel to the first borrowed tunes ... Amazon is refusing to give me a track listing.
Chrome Dreams 2 is the latest Neil Young CD and it is quite wonderful (don't try to find the first Chrome Dreams on Amazon, it was never released, although I do have a bootleg by that same name.)
I haven't heard Borrowed Tunes 2 but have had the first volume for ages. while there are a few mutts, in my book it is well worth having for the versions of I've Been Waiting For You, Human Highway, Birds, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Look Out For My Love, Pocahontas and especially the Breits doing Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing.

I'm thinking it applies to something like , say, Dave's Energy Guide by Phish, which AFAIK does not appear on any official release by anyone ever.
I know Marco has explained things above and not to get too picky, but 'Dave's Energy Guide' was released by Phish on the Colorado 88 discs.
Its one of the only Phish CDs I actually own.
Hence the AFAIK ... I am way behind on my knowledge of Phish releases, archival or otherwise

I'm thinking it applies to something like , say, Dave's Energy Guide by Phish, which AFAIK does not appear on any official release by anyone ever. Or also Freeway Jam by Gov't Mule, which again AFAIK has never been officially released by Gov't Mule, if posted it would have to be posted as by Jeff Beck Group.
