The person in question who won the halloween contest was Ms. Kyla Ramsey..it was the best halloween costume I've ever seen...full props to Ky!

When they(festivals) get too big, I get turned off. I like the smaller ones is all. The way that line up read, seemed to be a fest I could cope with, but when they add too many big names...it's just too much. For me, anyway...

the pixies cover is called Velouria, not Venereal BTW...and it is a GREAT cover...I saw these guys open for the Gary Burton Quintet this summer in Toronto at the downtown Jazz fest...they were something I had been looking fwd to for the last year or so since recieveing a song of theirs on a sampler CD after the MMW show the previous year...they did not dissapoint whatsoever...i highly recommend their albums...an aural journay for sure...

It was one of the best shows I've ever seen...I mean i could be because I know every single note of every song they played an have been waiting to see them for 12 years but that aside...what a band! I mean right from the get go..In Heaven right into Uk Surf version of Wave of Mutilation right into Where is my Mind? I mean c'mon that's just ill...I couldn't have been happier, unless maybe there was a second set...i hope all you people in ottawa an MTL took advatage of seeing them while they were in your neck of the woods...

Swan: i completely agree! i've only been to shoreline once...great venue, but it really make you appriciate the things you may take for granted at home...i don't thin alot of people appriciate how great the molson amphitheatre really is...in all my years of touring I've yet to stumble, and I mean stumble across an outdoor venue as nice as we have here right in toronto...with that view thru the window from the lawn of the cn tower...soooo many summer nights spent fu©ked outta my gourd spent listening to GREAT tunes looking at that skyline!!

from Happy hour hero onwards they tore the crap out of everything...if this is how hot they are right now, you guys in Ottawa are in for a real good show tonight...I'm jealous! If anyone was at the T Dot show last night and knows the names of the new songs please post them, I'd love to know....
