SaggyBalls Posted May 11, 2004 Report Posted May 11, 2004 they're opening for Well Charged the night before at Elements. Bound to be a great show.
whiteymuseum Posted May 12, 2004 Author Report Posted May 12, 2004 And for those that are not familiar with BATTLESHIP ETHEL. They are a Hamilton-based improv group that have morphed their sound a few times in the past year. Presently their setup in my opinion is the finest. If you like SOFT MACHINE, Guru Guru and such, you'll dig on BATTLESHIP ETHEL. They go on first @ 8:45pm. Early cuz it's a Sunday.
whiteymuseum Posted May 20, 2004 Author Report Posted May 20, 2004 For those curious, you can get a sneak peak of BATTLESHIP ETHEL on May 29th at Casbah. You can do so for free by emailing brodiebooksrock@yahoo.ca with "GUEST-LIST ME" in the subject of your email.
CyberHippie Posted May 20, 2004 Report Posted May 20, 2004 That picture is kinda freaking me out a little bit...
AdamH Posted May 20, 2004 Report Posted May 20, 2004 If they're opening for Well Charged then I know they suck. Just don't let Winston hear you say that or he'll sick his Rude Boys on you (Guelph kids you know what I'm saying?)
