The cheapest I've found is $720 (CDN) with Air Transat, and I absolutely dread that airline. I can get to New York for $480, but getting home from there costs $200, so it's not much of a difference.... Anyway, if anyone knows how to get cheap flights... please help! I can fly out b/w Mar 27-Ap 2 and come home b/w April 15-17. I'm flexible, will stop over and do what it takes if needed.... thanks in advance. KarinGarage Posted December 23, 2004 Report Share Posted December 23, 2004 hey shain! i think flights get cheaper the closer you get to the departure date, because they'll have more flights scheduled by then. i've heard the best time to buy a ticket is about 4 to 6 weeks before your departure date. i've also heard it's cheaper if you can fly on a tuesday wednesday or thursday because most people have to fly on mondays or fridays. good luck, brother!
