I was just saying I didn't spend more than a few hours there, so my opinion is limited to that. I was more put off by the clear cuts on the island than anything else. timouse Posted February 25, 2005 Report Share Posted February 25, 2005 tell me about it. that was the saddest thing about bc generally...the weird moire pattern of the replantings was only marginally less depressing. and we were only in Tofino for half a day, we fled down the road to the beach and then to Uclulet which was way cooler and less trendoided. i think bokonon is going to dig the island, and we can all go visit!
